**SHIPPING POLICY**

Dunham's Auto Mirror Glass is committed to using excellent packing materials and shipping in an expeditious, cost effective manner to ensure prompt delivery and that all purchases arrive in good condition. We ship most orders within 1-2 business days.
Shipping fee includes professional packing and Priority Mail Delivery Service with Confirmation Receipt.  Web Site and Tracking/Confirmation Numbers are made available to each customer via our shipping notification email. 
Insurance is optional but recommended for your protection. If insurance is NOT purchased ALL items are shipped at your risk. Dunham's Auto Mirror Glass will not be held responsible for guaranteed safe handling by the USPS.  
In the unlikely event your item(s) are insured and have arrived damaged, you must take the original packaging (all contents with all of the original packing material) to your local US Post Office to file an insurance claim. The US Post Office will then send us the claim for processing. Do not repackage the item(s) and mail the damaged items back to us. This will only void the US Post Office insurance and we will not be able to help you receive a refund.
